Lions Christmas Cakes

Lions Christmas Cakes are a major fund raising project of Lions Clubs in Australia. Funds raised are donated to projects that benefit the community locally, nationally or internationally.

The Lions Christmas Cake and Pudding program has been a major fund raising project of Lions Australia since 1965 and raised an estimated profit in excess of $50m. The profits from this project are donated back into the community in many ways but just to name a few. Sight first, Medical Research, Children’s Mobility Foundation, Eye Health Program, Hearing Dogs, Disaster Relief, Aged Care, Drug Awareness, Youth Programs.

In 2020, the club has partnered with Foodbank Victoria to create a "Donate-A-Cake" program.

The program allows you to order or donate cakes and puddings on line.

Christmas Cakes and Puddings can be delivered anywhere in Australia.

For every cake donated by our supporters, we will deliver a Christmas Cake to Foodbank for distribution in their food hampers to needy families. Foodbank is a well-known charitable organisation who work with The Salvation Army and St Vinnies to help those in need. For obvious reasons Foodbank have had a significant increase in demand for their services this year.

You can donate a cake (or three) at the following link;
