Each year, the Lions Club of Park Orchards sponsors community spirit awards to sporting clubs and schools within the community.
 
The award is to the person who best embodies the community spirit intent of this award as nominated by the organisation
 
The Lions Club typically presents the awards at a seasonal event of the school/sporting clubs.
